Hat shoppe part 1

Well I did get a picture of the toy kit hen and apothecary chest for the Pickett Hill.

After I finished the chest I realized I had no room for it on the bottom floors. This was the only space it fits.

I started another quarter scale building. I decided to do the hat shoppe by Cynthia Howe. I bought the kit when it was available as an online class but never got around to it. It seemed like a good choice since it is pretty simple all around and should finish quickly. Here it is after the second night of working on it. I am stuck on the exterior colors though. The kit is shown in white and gold but it doesn't do it for me. I want some color. Nothing bright, just something subtle.
